30 days
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with tags on. Slept in it once and panicked? Reach out — we’re reasonable.
Free returns
Returns are on us. We’ll email a prepaid label — print it, tape it, drop it off. Done.
Refunds
Once it’s back with us we’ll refund your original payment within 3–5 business days, and email you when it’s sorted.
